The Landscape Manager is responsible for the planning, development, and maintenance of all landscaped areas within Taman Safari Bogor.

  • Oversee the maintenance of all gardens, green areas, and natural habitats within Taman Safari Bogor.
  • Collaborate with the zoological and environmental teams to ensure landscapes support animal welfare and biodiversity.
  • Manage tree care, soil health, irrigation systems, and pest control using sustainable and eco-friendly methods.
  • Plan seasonal plantings, ensuring the use of native and non-invasive species.
  • Lead and supervise a team of gardeners and landscape technicians, providing training and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and park safety standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors for landscape materials and services.
  • Develop and manage landscaping project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
  • Implement eco-friendly landscaping practices, such as water conservation, composting, and habitat restoration initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape management, preferably in a large park, resort, or conservation-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Strong knowledge of plant species, soil health, and sustainable landscaping techniques.
  • Experience in landscape design, irrigation systems, and pest control management.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Budgeting and project management capabilities.
