Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager will report to the General Manager
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions for Safari Wonders. This role will manage HR operations across all Safari Wonders outlets in Taman Safari Indonesia, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance with labor regulations, and the development of a strong and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the Safari Wonder's business goals and retail industry standards.
- Bridge management and employee relations to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet business needs.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and talent development strategies.
- Implement and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high employee performance and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide strategic insights and decision-making support to management.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and effective manner.
- Support workforce planning, compensation strategies, and benefits administration to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in human resources, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end HR business processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and their application in the retail sector.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- People-oriented and results-driven approach to HR management.
- Willing to travel to all business units as needed.
