Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure the company’s logistics and supply chain activities run smoothly. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with different departments to improve operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity. The role also involves developing and monitoring performance metrics to ensure targets are met and facilitating effective communication across the organization.

Job Summary:

The SaaS Platform Operations Manager will oversee the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our SaaS platform. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring service delivery meets the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage daily operations of the SaaS platform, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor system performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize platform efficiency.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement changes and enhancements based on operational insights.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation for platform management.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with customer support teams to address and resolve platform-related issues and inquiries.

•⁠ ⁠Implement best practices for incident management, change management, and disaster recovery.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to security and regulatory requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party service integrations.

•⁠ ⁠Train and mentor team members to enhance operational capabilities and technical knowledge.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

•⁠ ⁠5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a SaaS environment.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, application management, and IT operations.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Hubspot, New Relic) and incident management systems (e.g., PagerDuty).

•⁠ ⁠Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.

•⁠ ⁠Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for operations
