- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Presales role, preferably in the data centre industry
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure high performance in delivering technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical teams, and external clients to ensure a cohesive approach to solution delivery.
- Ability to analyse customer needs, develop creative solutions, and troubleshoot potential issues during both pre-sales and implementation phases.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Ability to navigate and adapt to changing customer demands and project requirements while maintaining focus on business goals
- Deep knowledge of data centre infrastructure including power, cooling, networking, and storage systems.
- Experience managing Request for Proposals and Information, ensuring accurate and competitive responses.
- Proven skills in managing the full project lifecycle, from scoping requirements to successful implementation.
