  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings in the data center space to provide forward-thinking solutions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers and partners to support long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Presales role, preferably in the data centre industry
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure high performance in delivering technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical teams, and external clients to ensure a cohesive approach to solution delivery.
  • Ability to analyse customer needs, develop creative solutions, and troubleshoot potential issues during both pre-sales and implementation phases.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to changing customer demands and project requirements while maintaining focus on business goals
  • Deep knowledge of data centre infrastructure including power, cooling, networking, and storage systems.
  • Experience managing Request for Proposals and Information, ensuring accurate and competitive responses.
  • Proven skills in managing the full project lifecycle, from scoping requirements to successful implementation.
  • Ability to design, translate, and communicate technical solutions that meet specific client needs.
