Summary of The Job

We are looking for a Digital Partnerships Senior Associate to act as the liaison between our Product, Marketing, Tech Team, and Business Partner. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on existing and emerging industries to identify insurance product and tech solution that can potentially be scaled.
  • Execute initiative and strategy together with Partnership Manager/VP of Partnership that rally the organization around the highest leverage growth priorities.
  • Assist Partnership Manager / VP of Partnership in creating partnership proposals, process flows, commercial offerings, and work together with Product, Engineering and Operations to come up with the execution and SLAs.
  • Responsible to analyze partner needs and goals, achieve target and growing business.
  • Maintain relationships and execute projects with business and insurance partners including agreement initiation & negotiation, resolving of complex issues and new strategic development with each partner together across teams and functions.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing partnership performances on a monthly basis together with Data team.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, finance and operations teams to develop winning product proposition to the market, winning brand and marketing efforts as well as the best end customer and partner client experience..

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Partnership or Business Development Experience with acquiring partners and account management.
  • Have experience handle e-commerce and other clients.
  • Project Management skills & strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills, good negotiation and good presentation skills.
  • Adequate ability to write and speak in English Able to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong data driven skills.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment.
  • Having experience in insurance industry is preferrable.
  • Having major at Business / Management / Finance / Math / Industrial Engineer is preferable.
