- Define and manage the program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead program planning, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and timeline management
- Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Monitor program progress, identify blockers, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Analyze program performance metrics and provide updates to senior management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and optimization
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in program management or project management, preferably in technology or software development environments
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
- Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, or similar are a plus
