About the role

As the Marketing & Events Lead, you will develop and execute campus marketing strategies, recruit and manage ambassadors, and coordinate events to enhance brand presence. Responsibilities include securing university partnerships, identifying sponsorship opportunities, leveraging social media for engagement, and analysing campaign performance to provide insights to senior management.

What Will You Do?

  • Develop and execute campus marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and manage campus ambassadors to enhance brand presence.
  • Plan and coordinate campus events, securing partnerships with universities and student organisations.
  • Identify and negotiate sponsorship opportunities to maximise brand exposure.
  • Leverage social media for digital marketing and engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance and report insights to senior management.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Must be current Undergraduate (Year 1-4) or Master students
  • Fluent in English and local languages, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Passionate in Web3 and organizing online/offline debating events
  • Strong communication, leadership, and event management skills.
  • Deep understanding of student culture and market trends.
