Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Jakarta for a SaaS Product Manager at SingleInterface. The SaaS Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our SaaS products from conception through launch and beyond. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to drive product strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer needs to identify product opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality products
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process
- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer feedback and business impact
- Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, adjusting the strategy as necessary
- Conduct A/B testing and gather user feedback to improve the product continuously
- Serve as a product expert and provide training and support to internal teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in product management, particularly in SaaS
- Product Management, Software Development, and Agile Methodologies skills
- Excellent communication, leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
- Experience in AI-powered software product development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Hubspot, Asana, AI)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
