  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Implement operational policies and procedures/processes

  • Monitor business operations to ensure stability of channels, opportunities, and risks

  • Conduct periodic audit and inspection to ensure that the deployments standards are adhered to
  • Assume overall responsibility for SLAs for customer connect times as well as monitoring of complaint resolutions

Requirements
  • Proven experience (2-5 Years) as in managing operational, Operations Strategy or similar leadership role
  • Familiarity with Financial Services and business functions including Business Development, Risk & Compliance, Channel
  • Experience with implementing IT systems
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and reporting
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership ability
  • Analytical mind
  • Problem-solving aptitude
