The Sales Operation Staff serves as a vital link between the Sales team and Management, ensuring smooth operational support, data accuracy, and process efficiency. This role also collaborates with HR and the Admin team to optimize workflow and enhance sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Operations & Support

Act as a bridge between the Sales Team and Management to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.

Support sales processes, including order management, contract administration, and documentation.

Ensure that sales activities align with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Assist in tracking and analyzing sales performance data to provide insights for decision-making.

2. HR Support & Sales Database Management

Assist HR in updating and maintaining an accurate Sales Personnel Database.

Ensure all sales employee records, including onboarding details, resignation updates, contract renewals, and sales structure are up to date.

Support HR in managing attendance tracking and ensuring timely updates for payroll processing.

3. Commission & Incentive Calculation

Assist in calculating sales commissions and incentives based on set KPIs and company policies.

Ensure accuracy in commission reports and resolve any discrepancies in sales incentive claims.

Coordinate with Finance and HR to facilitate timely and correct commission payments.

4. Sales Appointment & Logistics Coordination

Work closely with the Admin Team to manage the scheduling and allocation of drivers for sales appointments.

Ensure smooth coordination of transportation arrangements for sales personnel.

Maintain a booking system for sales-related travel and appointments.

5. Sales Performance & Reporting

Generate and maintain reports on sales performance, target achievement, and operational efficiency.

Monitor sales pipelines, deal progress, and revenue forecasts.

Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years in Sales Operations, Sales Admin, or a similar role.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
