Marketing Support and Admin Officer (on third party payroll)
Role Summary:
This role is responsible for assisting the commercial department with administrative tasks, campaign coordination, event management and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting marketing initiatives.
This position will be reported to Indonesia Commercial Operation Lead and dotted line to Business Unit Heads and Product Managers.

Marketing Support:
* Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and events.
* Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for marketing materials and logistics.
*Coordinate and execute marketing events, conferences, trade shows, product launches, and internal gatherings.
* Help manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.
* Assist in creating presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.
Administrative Support:
* Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and documentation.
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and track marketing expenses.
* Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes.
* Handle correspondence, scheduling, and other administrative duties as required
Experience & Knowledge
* Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing support, administration, or a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualities:
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
* Knowledge of purchasing tools such as ARIBA or SAP is a plus.
* Experience with content creation or basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
