About The ECommerce Department

ADA's eCommerce department optimizes brands’ presence and marketing performance on marketplaces and brand-owned eCommerce sites to deliver real business outcomes through innovative eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer to Inbound Calls, Email and Web inquiries of brand's customers 2. Support Inbound and Outbound Calls 3. Upsell or Cross Sell Products 4. Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Clients 5. Daily coordination with clients/brand 6. Resolve after sales issues raised by brands customers.

This role would be a good fit if you have:

  • 6-12 months of Customer Service working experience 2. Diploma or Degree in any related field, or equivalent practical experience

We are looking for someone who has/is:

  • A get-things-done attitude. 2. A team player, task oriented and possess good communication and customer service skills. 3. Ability to provide feedback to improve the customer service experiences will be an added advantage.
