- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting

- Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
