  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Currently, we work with exciting overseas companies that are looking for creative, brilliant and innovative Quality Assurance Engineer to join and help support state of the art and scalable systems. As a QA Engineer, you will focus on building and maintaining automated tests for our React Native mobile applications, Next.js web applications, and API integrations. Your role will ensure the quality and reliability of our applications across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify test scenarios and ensure our applications are robust and perform as expected.

What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for React Native, Next.js, and API integration applications
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements, define test scenarios, and identify potential risks
  • Implement automated testing frameworks and optimize test automation to achieve high test coverage and reliability
  • Conduct thorough testing of applications, including UI, integration, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing
  • Troubleshoot issues, report bugs, and document test results
  • Support continuous integration (CI) pipelines by automating test cases within the CI/CD process
  • Continuously improve testing processes and keep up-to-date with the latest automation tools and practices
  • Work as part of a team developing applications and services
  • Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
  • Follow industry best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years developing apps and mobile applications for iOS and Android
  • Experience in Testing Frameworks: Proficiency in using tools like Jest, Detox, Appium, Cypress, and Postman for test automation.
  • React Native and Next.js Testing: Experience in writing and executing tests for React Native mobile and Next.js web applications.
  • API Testing: Strong experience with API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience writing automated test scripts.
  • CI/CD Tools: Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential edge cases.
  • Able to communicate in English at actively is required
  • Ability to take ownership over your work
  • Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM – 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
