About The Role
This position will be responsible to ensure that revenue is recorded correctly and completely on daily basis, and payments are collected in timely manner.
About You
- Must have minimum 1 year experi ence as Account Receivable in hotel industry
- Good understanding of PMS system (Opera) and POS. Opera Cloud knowledge is an advantage
- Self-leading person who can work with minimum supervision
- Pays close attention to detail
- Strong understand in English both written and verbal is a must
- Great Communication skills.
- Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs.
- Previous experience in similar role.
- An Indonesian citizen currently residing in Bali.
- Direct reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller
- Review daily transaction from operation to ensure documents are submitted correctly and completely, including bill checking and accuracy of posting in the system. Including the accuracy of rebates, discount, voids and complimentary transactions.
- Ensure that all transactions are complete before producing daily revenue report
- Apply credit card payment and AR payments and resolve any credit card variance
- Checking bank statement for any incoming payment and post to corresponding reservation
- Liaise with operation team if there are any incorrect transactions, pending payment or problems that needs to be resolved
- Process refund requested by operation
- Check AR aging report- follow up with TA for overdue invoices. Update AFC & FC on AR status
- Post bank incoming transactions
