About Aquarev:
Aquarev is a venture-backed social enterprise created by The Meloy Fund to renovate, revitalize, and revolve credit for up to 75,000 poorly performing smallholder shrimp farms in Indonesia. About the Role:
In this role, you will be in the frontline of Aquarev mission to renovate and revitalize shrimp farms, and improving lives of farmers throughout the archipelago. You will be part of Operations team, who oversee the transformation from the current state into ready to use farms, as well as running its day to day operation.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform Initial assessment on a feasibility of a site based on a site survey
- Compile a budget estimation for renovation based on site survey.
- Source suitable contractors to build the agreed renovation
- Manage ongoing constructions to ensure on-time completion
- Coordinate procurement of materials and supporting services
- Manage project administration, including payments, contracts, and required documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in civil engineering
- 1-2 years in construction project management, preferably managing pools or aquafarming
- Willingness to travel to remote locations
- Ability to remotely supervise multiple projects
- Understanding of legal and administrative documentation of a project.
