We URGENTLY need middle, senior "IT Project Manager"
Requirement:
- Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering: Computer/Information/Tech/Science/Math or relevant.
- 5+ years of proven experience in project management, specifically in IT infrastructure and/or security projects.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PSM (Scrum) are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (networking, servers, cloud platforms) and information security practices.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and coordinating diverse technical teams.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project planning and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Experience using Power BI for reporting and visualization.
- Proficient in SharePoint for document management.
- Effective use of Microsoft Teams for team collaboration and communication.
- Excellent leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple IT infrastructure and security projects from initiation through to successful completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, budget, and risk management.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure team, security team, system administrators, technical support and external vendors.
- Monitor project performance regularly, providing timely status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Create and deliver clear and professional project presentations and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Regularly update project plans and statuses using Microsoft Project to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and update Power BI dashboards to reflect real-time project performance and KPIs.
- Utilize SharePoint to store, manage, and maintain all project documentation, ensuring easy accessibility and organization.
- Use Microsoft Teams as the primary communication platform for project collaboration, discussions, meetings, and updates.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and best practices, particularly concerning security, compliance, and quality.
- Proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation and contingency plans as required.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve project delivery practices.
- Ensure all documentation, such as project charters, schedules, risk registers, and post-implementation reviews, is accurately maintained
