We are looking for a position in Product Support Specialist for a Logistics company. You will be responsible for introducing new products/features to customers (e.g., partners, agents, and any related stakeholders). You will become the first point of contact for customers regarding any issues that happen in production. You will work closely with the product management team to escalate any unknown problems that are unsolved with standard procedure.We are looking for a fast learner person who is good at communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.Job Description:
  • Build a new user guide documentation for the new feature/product
  • Train the trainer team & stakeholders about the new feature
  • Answer the customer’s question and give an appropriate solution to the problem
  • Escalate unknown issues to the product management team
  • Create tickets for reported bugs from users
  • Collect and inform users’ feedback to the product management team for product improvement
Specifications:
  • Minimum one year of product support specialist experience or similar roles
  • Good team working, paying attention to detail, and solid analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields
  • Having working experience in a logistics company is a plus
