1. Implement organizational development work, participate in various company meetings, communicate closely with various business departments, and transform them into specific organizational development projects. For example, when the company decides to expand into a new business area, work with the business department to analyze the new business's needs for organizational structure, job settings, and personnel capabilities, and ensure implementation;
2. Organizational structure optimization: Regularly assist business and HR leaders to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the company's existing organizational structure, and propose targeted organizational structure optimization plans, including departmental responsibility adjustments, job mergers or splits, and reporting relationship optimization;
3. Process combing: For the company's core business processes, work with business departments to carry out process combing and reengineering;
4. Improve the talent development system: Participate in the company's talent development projects, combine the company's business development needs and talent status, and clarify the goals, paths, and key measures of talent development;
5. Talent inventory and career development channel design: Use tools such as the talent inventory nine-square grid to conduct a comprehensive inventory and assessment of the company's existing talents, design and improve the company's employee career development channels, and provide employees with diversified career development paths. Establish a job competency model to clarify the responsibilities, ability requirements, and career development directions of each position.
6. Planning and implementation of talent training projects: Plan and organize the implementation of various talent training projects of the company, such as new employee induction training projects, grassroots manager training projects, high-potential talent training projects, etc. Formulate project plans, clarify project goals, training content, training methods, training schedules, etc.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in human resources management, psychology, education, business management, etc. are preferred. Master degree or above will be given priority under the same conditions;
2. More than 3 years of human resources work experience, including at least 1 year of organizational development and talent development related work experience. Those with work experience in Chinese companies and large companies are preferred;
3. Understand the knowledge and methods in professional fields such as organizational development, talent development, training development, performance management, and talent assessment;
4. Data analysis ability: Have strong data analysis ability, and be able to collect, organize, analyze and interpret training data, talent assessment data, organizational effectiveness data, etc. based on human resources data;
5. Good communication and coordination skills, have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with various departments and levels inside and outside the company;
