  • Translate the company’s big direction into business unit ambitions to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Develop strategic, financial, and operational plans for short, medium, and long-term periods that align with the company’s mission and objectives to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market segmentation, customer insights, Retail Value Proposition (RVP), Assortment (MHS), Pricing Model, and Merchandising to create relevant and effective strategies.
  • Identify and map potential channels, partners, and distribution agents to expand market share and maximize coverage.
  • Communicate business unit strategies to teams and stakeholders to ensure synergy across departments, including brand, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Provide reviews and recommendations on strategy implementation and monitor execution processes, including sales, distribution, and inventory management, to maintain operational excellence.
  • Monitor marketing activities in assigned areas and evaluate their effectiveness and suitability for different channels, including Modern Trade and General Trade.
  • Ensure that the company’s budget for regional sales activities is used efficiently and effectively to maintain business profitability.

Does it match your criteria?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing Management; a Master’s in Business Administration is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in Sales & Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the Retail or FMCG industry is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Market Analysis, Account Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Literacy, and Business Acumen.
