Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a Inside Sales/Demand Generation Representative (Telesales) to join our team to help us increase the adoption of the AWS Cloud Platform. As a Demand Generation Representative (Telesales), you will collaborate with the sales and marketing team to help build new business client leads, enter new client data, and assist with opportunity execution and follow-up. You will attend the AWS Sales Training and immerse yourself in Cloud Computing, Business Development, and Sales Acumen.
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation programs to achieve pipeline growth goals.
- Partner with the sales & marketing team to generate leads.
- 3rd Party Channel Management.
- Analysis and develop reports and dashboards tracking the KPIs and market.
- Perform a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Build sustainable relationships and maintain active engagement with leads by professional and creative management.
- Partner with sales closely. Follow up with clients and arrange appointments.
- Maintain and record calling database completely in CRM.
- Develop and improve the calling process, including script, mail, etc.
- Handle online webinars and meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communication, Information Management.
- Must have at least 2+ years of B2B sales/marketing/partner team experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office, Lead Generation & CRM tools & Analytic.
- Must be self-motivated, customer-obsessed, and has a high sense of ownership.
- Has the ability to work with a team and independently.
- Has the ability to build relationships via direct contact with people of all levels both internal and external.
- Has proven success in managing projects and stakeholders.
- Required Language: Bahasa, English
- Preferred Language: Mandarin/Cantonese/ Malay/Thai/ Bahasa Indonesia
