About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead to manage and mentor a cross-functional team of Backend, Frontend, and QA Engineers. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Software Engineer Lead, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Backend (Node.js, Java, Go, Python, or similar) and Frontend (React, Vue, or similar) technologies.
• Experience in full-stack development is highly preferred.
• Understanding of software architecture, system design, and microservices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
