Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the payroll processing function, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages to employees.
  • Manage payroll staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

  • Educate employees about their compensation and benefits packages, including conducting employee meetings and providing informational materials.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation and benefits in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field; Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, compensation analysis, and benefits administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Thorough knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems preferred.
