  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

POSITION INTRODUCTORY:

To perform on material orderings to support production planning to meets customer requirements.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Material Requirements Planning (MRP) file.
  • Update BOM which is downloaded from NAV System into MRP File.
  • Update Incoming in report in MRP File.
  • Monitor the Inventory and ensure no shortages.
  • Control purchase to avoid over purchase which is causing overstock.
  • Submit Summary Weekly MRP PR to HQ for approval
  • Issue MRP PR once Summary Weekly MRP PR once approved by HQ.
  • Prepare weekly summary PR and follow up the PO status.
  • Follow up the incoming to purchasing team
  • Liaise with production planner, purchasing, logistic, and warehouse regarding the incoming.
  • Any other assignments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holder in supply chain management or any related field
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience/relevant industries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • SAP/MRP knowledge is and added advantage
  • Proficiency of English is essential and required as will need to work with other sites and HQ
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Work independent, Leadership
