About The Role

As a Sales Admin, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients. Your role is crucial in managing sales documentation, assisting the sales team, and ensuring timely communication to help drive business growth. You will work closely with our sales teams to support business processes and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

Job Descriptions

  • Assist the sales team in handling and processing sales documentation, quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, client interactions, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (IT, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Support lead generation activities by managing databases and updating CRM systems.
  • Prepare reports and analysis related to sales performance and forecasts.
  • Handle communication with clients, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling client meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Conduct event searching to identify networking and business opportunities for the sales team.
  • Perform email canvassing to reach out to potential clients and generate leads.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in sales administration, preferably in an IT/software-related company.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and digital solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and sales tracking software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
