Job Qualification:

  • Minimum Post-secondary education, college or university diploma/degree in one of the following: Agriculture, Forestry, Science and Technology (Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Life Science, Geological Science, Natural Science), Engineering, Energy Management, Social Science and/or Anthropology, Other Relevant Related Agriculture/Environment/Social/Occupational Health and Safety Fields


Working Experience

  • At least five (5) years of professional experience in areas of work related to the audit or demonstrable equivalent (Oil Palm Sector, Agriculture, Organic Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental, Ecology, etc.)


Technical Qualification

  • Successful completed endorsed RSPO P&C Lead Auditor Course
  • Successful completed endorsed ISPO P&C Lead Auditor Course
  • Minimum qualified as BSI Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001.
  • Demonstrable understanding of RSPO and ISPO certification system requirements relevant to specific assessment, including legal, technical, environmental, and social issues.
  • Field experience in the palm oil sector and demonstrate environmental/ecological equivalent auditing experience
  • Local/regional knowledge and experience, including knowledge of local laws.
  • Familiarity with Best Agricultural Practices, Integrated Pest Management, Pesticides, and Fertilizer use


Other Qualification

  • Language: English, verbal and written
  • Language: Bahasa Indonesia, verbal and written
  • Auditing skills (including remote auditing)
  • Audit reporting skill
  • Communication skill


Main Role

  • To maintain audit utilization as per company requirements (including audit delivery for another sector).
  • To deliver RSPO/ISPO audit with the highest integrity.
  • To comply with all rules, regulations, and requirements from BSI, RSPO, ISPO, and Accreditation Body to support client centricity.
  • To plan, deliver, and report the RSPO/ISPO audit activity in accordance with the timeline.
  • To maintain competency and qualification as RSPO/ISPO Auditor (including other competency and qualification on hand).
  • Actively support programs to maintain the accreditation status of RSPO and ISPO certification.
  • To provide information and updates related to the RSPO and ISPO certification program and standard interpretation to relevant stakeholders.
  • To develop competency, qualification, and business awareness to support the RSPO/ISPO Sector.
