  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for the sales team and management.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer files, contracts, and records.
  • Process sales orders, follow up with customers regarding order details, and assist in resolving any issues related to order fulfillment.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection processes are followed
