Role Description
As a Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring that AIT remains a key player in the digital transformation space.
Job Description
- Network and establish strong relationships with potential clients by identifying new startups and project demands in the region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all business development matters.
- Meet with potential customers to understand their business needs and present tailored commercial proposals and solutions.
- Follow up on pre-sales leads by designing and proposing solutions, including technical documentation, frameworks, timelines, and commercial estimates.
- Develop and expand relationships with key partners and distribution channels.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and demo appointments.
- Meet assigned KPIs related to lead acquisition and revenue generation.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the tech/software industry).
- Strong understanding of the software development industry, digital transformation, ERP, SAAS, and emerging tech trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Highly driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create strategic plans for business growth.
