In addition to our digital agency, we have Timedoor Academy, an Edutech startup offering online and offline programming courses for students aged 5-18 across Asia and MENA, including Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Egypt, and more.
Responsibilities
- Increase Student Enrollment: Proactively engage with potential partners to attract new students through institutional partnerships, community events, and promotional activities.
- Build Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, governmental organizations, and other institutions to create mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Analyze market trends and partner needs to develop effective partnership strategies that support student growth and brand expansion.
- Provide Excellent Service: Ensure a high level of satisfaction by offering valuable support to partners, helping them integrate our programs, and maintaining effective communication.
- Enhance Marketing Efforts: Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns that resonate with partners and drive enrollment.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure all partnerships adhere to Timedoor Academy’s commitment to quality education and service.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduates Welcome: Open to recent graduates or those nearing completion.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and negotiate with key stakeholders.
- Willingness to Travel: Willing to travel throughout the Jabodetabek area and other cities as needed to build and maintain partnerships.
- Professional and Responsible: Organized, proactive, and responsible.
- Team Player: Works well with others and can support a collaborative environment.
- Basic English Proficiency: Conversational English skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: IDR 5,000,000 - 10,000,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
- Transport Allowance: Additional allowance provided for travel expenses.
