Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development to expand our business network by selling company products or services to other businesses and customer. The primary responsibilities include:

Developing and Maintaining Client Relationships

  • Identifying new business opportunities in the B2B sector (hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering, etc.).
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, and other businesses.
  • Regularly following up with potential clients.

Sales Strategy and Negotiation

  • Developing sales strategies to increase F&B product sales in the corporate sector.
  • Conducting negotiations and product presentations to potential clients.
  • Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions with company products.

Product Presentation and Offering

  • Presenting products to potential clients and providing samples if needed.
  • Explaining product benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Developing business proposals and competitive pricing offers for clients.

Sales Monitoring and Customer Analysis

  • Analyzing market trends and customer needs to improve services and products.
  • Conducting research on competitors and F&B industry trends to adjust sales strategies.
  • Monitoring sales target achievements and preparing regular reports for management.

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborating with the marketing, operations, and distribution teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Providing feedback to the production or R&D team based on market needs and customer feedback.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by handling complaints or any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the F&B or B2B industry.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong market analysis abilities.
  • Ability to work with targets and a wide network in the industry.
  • Creative in developing sales and promotional strategies.
  • Having a personal vehicle is a plus.
