Role Overview:
We are currently seeking Data Entry Team Leader, whom responsible for overseeing day-to-day verification tasks, providing team leadership, and ensuring formal verification processes are carried out effectively, with sense Of Empathy and Good team awareness on Collaboration Team and all stakeholders
Requirement / Criteria (Mandatory):
- Minimum 2 years of experiences as Team Leader KYC Data Entry verification/validation, RTFM or TL Contact Center, or similar.
- Having competency in using Excel for basic statistical analysis and data visualization in deck presentation.
- (Experience in optimizing Excel spreadsheets for performance: managing large datasets)
- Proficient in Ms. Office, Google Sheet, and Reporting knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity and formula errors.
- Skills in designing efficient workflows and processes to handle large datasets.
- Understanding of how to protect sensitive data within Excel, using features like password protection and data encryption.
- Leadership skill - Understand manage floor / RTFM (Real Time Floor Management),
- Prefer to understand Dynamic365, Salesforce
- Understand of data & customer support metrics
- Understand troubleshooting handling
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command in English both written and speaking
- Should be willing to work in shift (time shift and working day shift)
- Accustomed in preparing presentation deck and presenting to leader/other stake holders.
- Bachelors degree
Job Scope/Description:
- Provide excellent service by processing registrations quickly and accurately
- Manage the service registration process and disputes arising from our merchant and stakeholder
- Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with our merchant and stakeholder
- Monitor various corporate communication channels with timely and appropriate responses
- Collect and report for any technical or system issues while processing data entry
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business such as market research, service quality audit, etc.
- Perform administrative tasks involving a partner's account (credit top-up, changes in partner's information, etc.)
