Tiktok Ads Specialist

We are hiring a candidate for TikTok Ads Specialist.
This position is responsible to manage and optimize TikTok Ads (VSA, LSA, PSA) to drive sales, analyze performance, conduct A/B tests, optimize ROAS, manage budgets, review analytics, and collaborate on digital marketing strategies.
What would you do:
- Manage TikTok Ads (VSA, LSA and PSA) platform campaigns to drive sales through targeted audience strategies, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Analyze TikTok Ads performance and implement action plans based on data insights, such as evaluate key metrics, conduct and execute A/B tests, and optimize for ROAS and growth targets.
- Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams
- Experiment with creative, audience, and content elements to generate new digital campaign ideas.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team, brands, and marketing communications to achieve objectives.
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Communication, Marketing, Broadcasting, Advertising, Mathematics, or related fields). With relevant or internship experience, in Digital Marketing / Ads Optimizer / Performance Marketing at least 1 year.
- Have good communication skills, also interest in Beauty and Skin Care Industry.
- Proficient and independent to handle Running Ads & Ads Dashboard (TikTok Ads Manager), with indicator objective Conversion / Lead Generation / Awareness.
- Have an initiative, “can do” attitude. Have interest in current trends and Data Driven, with detail and Target Oriented (ROAS & Conversion Sales).
- Skill software: Microsoft Word, familiar with data analytics tools (TikTok Ads Manager).
- Willing to be place at Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan, work shifting schedules in the office, either morning or night shifts.
