Your Tasks

  • Product and Marketing Plan: Identify opportunities in brand product planning for the next 3 years, integrate marketing strategies, collaborate with Shopper & Customer Marketing to create channel-specific activity calendars, create compelling brand messaging and materials, and forge strategic partnerships.
  • Project Management: Manage and execute L/RL projects, ensuring objectives and requirements are met.
  • Consumer Activation Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, implement consumer activation and promotion concepts, estimate ROI, support with media investment, and monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

Your Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an FMCG company.
  • Basic understanding of marketing.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Demonstrated business acumen.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of category and market dynamics.
