Floor Manager – Uluwatu

Position: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Oversee daily shift operations, including handling cash transactions and ensuring smooth service flow.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness in compliance with local health and safety regulations.
  • Resolve guest concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in monthly team events, including meetings, inventory checks, and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Indonesian citizen.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in food and beverage or a related professional area.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and inventory management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Additional language proficiency (such as Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Italian) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
