Floor Manager – Uluwatu
A vibrant and dynamic restaurant in Uluwatu (Jalan Labuansait) is looking for a Floor Manager to lead the team and deliver an exceptional dining experience. If you are a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.
Position: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee daily shift operations, including handling cash transactions and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness in compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in organizing and participating in monthly team events, including meetings, inventory checks, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizen.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in food and beverage or a related professional area.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and inventory management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Additional language proficiency (such as Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Italian) is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
