Business Analyst Supervisor
Responsibilities related to understanding the goals and objectives of a request for the development of an information system application in the company and its subsidiaries, through the process of gap analysis, solution design with the production of a Business Requirement Document (BRD), creating mock-ups if necessary, and ensuring implementation aligns with the goals and objectives.
Job Description:
- Responsible for providing accurate and effective solutions in line with goals and objectives.
- Act as an intermediary between business problems and technology solutions.
- Perform gap analysis by understanding business needs and creating technology solutions.
- Collaborate with the Application Development team to deliver the right and comprehensive solutions.
- Analyze and provide recommendations for improvements in business processes.
- Create and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) plans and test cases.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities to ensure a smooth rollout.
- Identify potential risks and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.
- Highlight any potential concerns or risks and share best risk management practices proactively.
- Work with all project team members.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and obtain sign-off, Business Case Documents, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) documents.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, GPA min 3.00
2.Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Business Analyst
