MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures, including employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all administrative functions are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and hiring new employees.
  • Conducting employee training and development programs.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Ensuring that the company's environmental policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Providing support to senior management on various administrative and human resources matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is typically required for this position.
  • Minimal 5 years of experience in human resources or general affairs management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Previous experience with KKKS and SKKMIgas is an advantage
  • Knowledge of administrative management, safety management, and environmental management is also desired.
  • A strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Ability to interact effectively in diverse team environments, especially in a multinational environment
  • The proactive, meticulous, responsible, self-motivated, and good working attitude
  • Can adapt to the fast-paced working environment
