Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Jobseeker App and Jobseeker Partner.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality features on time.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure successful product launches and user adoption.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to understand pain points and improve the user experience.
- Ensure that the product meets the needs of both job seekers and recruitment partners.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Monitor key performance metrics and iterate on the product to drive continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of calculating and maintaining the team’s monthly KPIs to track progress and performance.
- Ensure KPIs are aligned with business goals and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters.
- Clearly communicate product goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and team members.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Experience managing mobile apps and web platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Proven ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Strong empathy for both job seekers and recruitment partners.
- Must be willing to work onsite full-time in Jimbaran, Bali.
- Experience in the recruitment or HR tech industry.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and design thinking.
