Measures of Success:

In three months:

  • You’ll understand how our software works and is valuable to clients.
  • You can onboard new content creators to the Slice platform.
  • You’ll be able to meet with potential clients and present confidently.
  • Able to adapt and communicate well with team, client and partners.
  • Able to work well as a team
  • Present reports or insights to clients when needed

In six months:

  • Manage 15 clients simultaneously
  • Develop KOL strategies for new clients
  • Identify opportunities for the advancement of product and reporting qualities
  • Build a strong connection with internal and external teams
  • Educate other parties about influencer research and it’s values

In 12 months:

  • You’ll be able to manage 25 clients simultaneously
  • Identify business opportunities and strategy of influencer research
  • Structure and manage the team to reach companies business goal
  • Set up a vision for the team and established fun and productive team culture
  • Establish leadership role in influencer and creator research

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Work directly with the COO on influencer initiatives.
  • Comfortable with change and able to adapt to a quickly changing work environment.
  • Understand the creator economy and the needs of content creators.
  • Work with internal teams to develop campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Communicating directly with clients and potential clients.
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs.
  • Working independently - taking initiative to drive client business forward.


What you’ll need:

  • 2-4 years of influencer marketing experience.
  • Entry level marketing capabilities (i.e. basic terminology and concepts are already understood)
  • Proactive and independent attitude. We are a remote first team and cannot hold your hand.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Be familiar with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Spreadsheets, Asana, Canva, etc.
  • Bi-lingual preferred, conversational English is a must.
