About the Role

To lead, monitor and control all activities and events related to Health, Safety, and Environmental are comply with laws and regulations of government to ensure the achievement of the corporate HSE standards, policies, goals and targets

Summary of the Role:

  • Leading and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations for Coal Fired Power Plant operational.
  • Conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, and incident analysis.
  • Supporting operations teams with HSE management system.
  • Managing HSE data, including greenhouse gas calculations.
  • Reporting, auditing, and maintaining safety systems (ISO, SMK3, etc.).
  • Strong leadership in HSE matters within an O&M (Operations & Maintenance) environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Safety, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in HSE (preferably in power plants, EPC, oil & gas, or petrochemicals).
  • Managerial-level experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of O&M Safety, HSE Engineering, Fire Protection, HAZID/HAZOP.
  • Familiar with ANSI, ASME, NFPA, OSHA standards.
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) calculation, AMDAL and PROPER.
  • Chemical & Hazardous Waste Management experience.

Certifications Required:

  • AK3 Umum or AK3 Migas
  • ISO 14001 & 45001
  • SMK3 Auditor
  • Fire Fighting, Heavy Lifting, Electrical Safety

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and reporting.

Other Requirements: willing to be stationed on-site in Bolaang Mangandow Utara.
