- Analyze and improve the end-to-end lead journey to optimize conversion rates and key performance metrics.
- Measure and track the performance of Lead Qualifiers to identify areas for improvement and support their success.
- Collaborate closely with EPD teams to gather and communicate requirements for scalable, long-term solutions.
- Partner with Marketing, Supply, Transaction, and Product teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate lead performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing lead management processes and customer experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a related role (internship experiences are welcome).
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data analysis tools.
