- Accurately receive, process, and organize customers' purchase orders for on-time in full fulfilment compliant to agreed SLA
- Check for data accuracy in purchase orders and invoices
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholder(s) in ensuring order and invoice accuracy, obtaining missing information and/or answering queries that arise
- Performs basic customer service functions
- Compiling sales reports and monitoring inventory conditions
- Process invoicing for customers in time
- Updating databases and customer records
- Help with sales construction (forecast) for respective stakeholder(s)
