Human Resources Intern
Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR administrative tasks: document management, employee database, working agreement, related people admin tasks.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Help manage and update the HRIS to ensure accurate employee records.
- Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Final year or recently graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or Management.
- Ability to perform full spectrum of HR functions
- Proactive, eager to learn and has a strong sense of responsibilities
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment, especially in the digital marketing field
