Key Responsibilities:

Platform Operations

  • Manage Shopee/TikTok Shop store setup, advertising campaigns, order management, and hit product development through keyword optimization and ROI-driven ad adjustments.
  • Plan localized marketing campaigns (e.g., Ramadan, Independence Day, Double Day promotions) and implement multi-warehouse logistics strategies.

Content & Traffic Operations

  • Lead TikTok short video content creation and livestream operations, designing Indonesia-adapted sales scripts and flash sale activities.
  • Collaborate with local KOLs/KOCs to drive influencer partnerships and traffic growth.

Data Analysis & Crisis Management

  • Monitor performance using Seller Center, TikTok Shop Analytics, and other tools to optimize strategies.
  • Address inventory overstock, platform policy changes, and other emergencies with rapid clearance plans and compliance solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of cross-border e-commerce experience; prior success on Shopee/TikTok Shop preferred.
  • Professional Mandarin communication skills.
  • Resilience under pressure and cross-cultural collaboration expertise
  • Market sensitivity to adapt swiftly to SEA e-commerce trends.
  • Availability for high-intensity work during peak periods (e.g., promotions).
