Position Summary

We seek a motivated and creative product marketing professional to join our team. In this role, you will primarily promote our e-commerce offers through our website and various social media platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and gathering intelligence on the marketing programs of partner brands by analyzing their social media activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in product marketing and develop skills in managing B2C social media engagement.

Responsibilities

E-commerce Offer Promotion:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule compelling content for our website, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
  2. Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and effective creative assets for e-commerce promotions.
  3. Monitor our website and social media engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.

Competitive Analysis for Potential Client Brands:

  1. Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis to inform our marketing strategy.
  2. Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of brands that are potential clients or partners.
  3. Monitor these brands' social media activities and marketing programs to gather valuable intelligence.
  4. Identify and document key marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional initiatives employed by potential client brands.
  5. Prepare detailed reports and insights based on the gathered data to inform our approach to acquiring these brands as clients.

B2C Social Media Management:

  1. Manage and maintain our B2C social media profiles.
  2. Develop a content calendar and schedule regular posts to engage with our audience and increase brand awareness.
  3. Respond to consumer inquiries, comments, and messages.
  4. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and visuals for social media posts.

Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and website promotions using analytics tools.
  2. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  3. Continuously monitor trends and changes in social media and e-commerce platforms to stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Creative.
  2. A passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends and current viral products or topics.
  3. Grammatical solid skills in written Indonesian.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Demonstrated critical thinking skills and independent motivation.
  6. Interest in the technology industry and Grivy's business.
  7. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred:

  1. Master's Degree in Commerce, Business or MBA.
  2. Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
  3. Analytical skills and ability to solve highly strategic and difficult business problems.
  4. Has lived or studied abroad, or can show an exceptional achievement in work/personal related.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
