Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist superiors to grasp the human resources situation;
  • Manage labor contracts, handle employment and termination procedures as well as employee salary and attendance settlement;
  • Prepare and analyze all kinds of personnel statistics reports, provide human resource services (recruitment, onboarding, transfers, terminations), file management, attendance management, organization management, etc.;

Job Requirements:

  • About five years of HR-related experience
  • Intermediate level of Mandarin(HSK4) and above, fluent in English
  • Possess public relations skills and strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and expression skills, strong execution ability, high-stress tolerance
