Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll calculations, including employee salaries, tax (PPh 21), and other monthly allowances.
- Verify employee data for payroll processing related to transfers, promotions, contract expirations, and resignations.
- Reconcile BPJS Kesehatan entity reports for submission to the Accounting team.
- Prepare payroll reports summarizing salary components across all entities.
- Calculate meal allowances, salaries, and overtime for in-house employees.
- Prepare and distribute payroll-related documents, including payslips.
- Input wage adjustments based on performance appraisals into the payroll system.
- Update employee payroll records as required.
- Calculate THR (holiday allowance) for all employees.
- Verify attendance and overtime data for outsourced employees.
- Review and process leave and sick leave documentation.
- Process invoices related to outsourced employees.
- Administer BPJS registration, deactivation, and payment processes for employees.
- Support the design and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, allowances, and other benefits.
- Conduct basic compensation and benefits analysis for health insurance and allowances.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related majors
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll or compensation & benefits.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, taxation (PPh 21), and employee benefits.
- Familiarity with BPJS administration and outsourced employee payroll processing.
- Detail-oriented with strong data verification and reporting skills.
