Job Description:
1) Perform duties according to the guidelines and standards of F&B Service during the work shift, including:
- Product Standards (bakery, food, and beverage products)
- Service Sequence according to F&B Service guidelines
- Professional Customer Service
- Cash Register Standard System (Point of Sale)
- Opening and Closing Standard Procedures
- How to Sell and Up-selling Products
2) Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers and team members.
3) Ensuring and maintaining cleanliness both inside and outside the outlet.
4) Tracking, reporting, and following up on product stock needs (incoming stock, outgoing stock, and remaining stock).
5) Ensuring that customers receive products according to established standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an F&B Service staff or Waiter/Waitress.
- Minimum education of high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Friendly, courteous personality with strong interpersonal skills to interact well with customers and team members.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experienced in operating a cash register or Point of Sales (POS) system.
