Position: Admin Receptionist
Job Descriptions:
- Replies emails/text messages from clients for all Teams
- Manage and following up incoming calls and emails,
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, saving tax info, and document preparation..
- Support the office by coordinating meetings and events as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Background in administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, admin or in a similar role (Preferred).
- Proficient in using office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office, FuseSign).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (Professional).
- Previous experience at finance consultant Industry (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Australian business practices (Preferred).
