Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development process of new beverage products, including market research, product positioning, formula development and packaging design.
- Work with the R&D department to ensure the scientificity and innovation of product formulas.
- Manage the product trial production process to ensure that product quality meets company and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular market trend analysis and consumer research to identify new product opportunities and market demand.
- Analyze competitors' market performance and propose response strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement product launch plans.
- Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Develop and manage product budgets, including cost analysis and pricing strategies.
- Monitor the financial performance of product lines to ensure that profit targets are achieved.
- Work closely with supply chain, production, quality control and other departments to ensure smooth product development and production processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Proven experience in product development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, labeling requirements, and quality standards.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Effective communication skills, Fluent English is a must and Mandarin is a plus.
