Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development process of new beverage products, including market research, product positioning, formula development and packaging design.
  • Work with the R&D department to ensure the scientificity and innovation of product formulas.
  • Manage the product trial production process to ensure that product quality meets company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular market trend analysis and consumer research to identify new product opportunities and market demand.
  • Analyze competitors' market performance and propose response strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement product launch plans.
  • Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • Develop and manage product budgets, including cost analysis and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor the financial performance of product lines to ensure that profit targets are achieved.
  • Work closely with supply chain, production, quality control and other departments to ensure smooth product development and production processes.
  • Lead and develop product teams to ensure the continuous growth and development of team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • Proven experience in product development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, labeling requirements, and quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Effective communication skills, Fluent English is a must and Mandarin is a plus.
