As a People Counselor Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our team members through counseling, guidance, and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in counseling, employee support, or educational guidance roles (e.g., school counselor)
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with workplace or educational counseling and confidentiality practices
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities
- Provide counseling and support to employees to address workplace concerns and personal challenges
- Collaborate with management and HR to develop initiatives that improve employee well-being and engagement
- Conduct one-on-one sessions, workshops, or group discussions to address mental health, stress management, and work-life balance
- Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accurate documentation of counseling sessions and feedback
